How do I get started with CloseDraft?
Sign up for a free account, add your first client, and generate your first AI-powered email. The whole process takes less than 2 minutes.
How does the AI email generation work?
CloseDraft uses Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash AI model, trained to write professional, human-like emails. We provide the AI with context about your client (name, business, project, last contact date) so every email feels personal and relevant.
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes! Use the CSV import feature in the dashboard. Your CSV should have headers: Name, Business, Email, Project, Amount, Status. You can also add clients manually one by one.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure each user can only access their own data. All API routes are protected with authentication tokens. Your client data is private and secure.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes 10 clients and 20 AI emails per month. Pro gives you unlimited clients, unlimited AI emails, the Gmail Chrome Extension, and priority support. See our Pricing page for full details.
